Penmaenmawr coastal town lies on the North Wales coast, between Conwy and Llanfairfechan, offering a pub, shops, museum, sandy beach and even a golf course. From the doorstep join one of the many footpaths and routes to explore the stunning coast and countryside alongside Snowdonia National Park. Activities on offer include water sports, wildlife boat trips, fishing, cycling, mountain biking and walking. Visit World Heritage Site Conwy with its castle, harbour and pretty town or head to vibrant Llandudno with the Mostyn Contemporary Art Gallery, Venue Cymru and the longest pier in Wales. Both offer a superb range of shops and eateries. Nearby attractions include National Trust Penrhyn Castle, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World. This cosy period cottage, beautifully refurbished in 2018, is full of charm and original features. The front door opens into the hall with a handy bench to take off your boots and hang your coats. Natural light floods the lounge/kitchen/diner with access to the garden. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave to rustle up a bite to eat. The dining table is well positioned to gather round, enjoy a meal and plan your holiday activities. After dinner, relax in the comfy sofas by the wood burner, catch up on your news, read a book or watch a film on the Smart TV. On the first floor you can unwind in a bubble bath or take a refreshing shower in the light and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There are two bedrooms, one double and one king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request), both have been designed for a good nights sleep and offer lovey views from the window to wake up to. This cottage is a real pleasure to holiday in. The garden has been creatively designed to make the most of the fabulous views towards Conwy Bay, Puffin Island and Anglesey, there is a patio area, perfect for al fresco dining with charcoal BBQ, table and chairs. Walk down the few steps to the courtyard and the rear entrance of the property. You will also find the utility room here with washing machine and lots of space for your wetsuits, climbing gear or for your bicycles and ample space to store a canoe. There is unrestricted roadside parking for two cars at the property.
