Area
On the Penwith Peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North West Cornwall, sits the beautiful village of Pendeen. There are a few charming pubs, convenience stores, and pottery/galleries there. Additionally, there is a charming lighthouse situated away from the village's centre, from which you may take in miles-long views of the most breathtaking sea. There are so many amazing things to see and do in this less well-known region of the county, from exploring the rocky coastline to donning your walking boots and crisscrossing the stunning countryside with public trails at every turn! The beautiful beaches, as well as the numerous coastal towns and activities, will keep you busy in this region of Cornwall. Enjoy Penzance's shopping, find hidden treasures in the numerous harbourfront galleries in St. Ives, or find the ideal souvenirs in Mousehole's oddity shops. You should put Porthcurno's magnificent coastline and open-air Minack Theatre on your "must visit" list, and you can also take in the many places used to film the BBC's Poldark. This wonderful place offers something for everyone, whether you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday, an exciting adventure, or both.
