We’ll Always Have Paros

If sweeping views out to sea are what you’re looking for, you’ll love this modern villa. Tucked away in a peaceful residential area on the east side of Paros, this crisp, clean space boasts views of the Aegean from the living room – what more could you want from your Grecian getaway?

The property has been designed in a horseshoe shape, with the pool and terrace at its heart. The communal spaces and bedrooms lead straight outside, allowing you to embrace the flow of island living. We loved waking up in the morning and slipping straight out of bed and into the pool for a dip, before filling up on pastries and fresh fruit at the breakfast bar.
For evening meals, you can head to Parikia – just 4km away – or do as we did and fire up the charcoal barbecue. The outdoor dining area is covered by a pergola, handily hidden away at the back of the property for added privacy. Load up fresh seafood and local wine, and settle in for a feast.

For those able to drag themselves away from the pool, there’s plenty to see and do nearby. The beautiful beaches of Parasporos and Agia Irini are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa, and an excursion to Antiparos, a small island in the southern Aegean, makes for a memorable day out. Hop on a ferry from the petite port of Punta and while away the hours meandering along cobbled streets. Admire the white houses and the magnificent flowers that bloom in the gardens before heading back to the villa to take in the sunset with a cocktail.
