Just over five minutes' drive from the Paros coastline, this newly built villa offers a taste of luxury within dreamy Cycladic surroundings. The show-stopping feature has to be the home's swimming pool, which looks out to glorious views of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring island of Naxos. This panorama can also be admired from the alfresco lounge and dining area, perhaps with the barbecue smoking away in the background ahead of dinner. Behind the handsome brick walls, you'll be greeted by an interior made bright and airy by the huge windows and cleansing white walls. The furnishings and design are all thoroughly contemporary, particularly the mint-green kitchen complete with a chic breakfast bar. As well as the golden sands of Paralia Glifades only six minutes away in the car, the Ancient Marble Quarries can be reached in eleven minutes' drive. There's also a wealth of historic attractions and restaurants in the island's main town, twenty minutes away.
