Originally a 19th-century industrial printing house, this unique loft was named one of the best European city apartments in April 2018 by the UK Guardian Observer. Spread over three levels, the mezzanine gets plenty of sun from the skylights while the spiral staircase leads down to a private gym, spa, and sauna. The double bultex beds in the office and gym make things extra flexible, helping you make the most of the space so everyone can stretch their legs. You'll be all set for some great days out here – the Louvre is within easy walking distance along with a range of local restaurants, and there are several metro stations nearby for traversing the city with ease.

*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, but the Étienne Marcel and Réaumur - Sébastopol stations are nearby for getting around.
*At full capacity, four guests will sleep on double bultex beds.
*Your host can provide a free cot and high chair. You'll need to request these in advance and bring your own linen for the cot.
*The spiral staircase to the gym may be unsafe for small children – your host can provide a safety gate on request. There are also a few steps with no bannister and gaps in the mezzanine. Children need supervision around the Eiffel criss cross structure.
