This home is an ideal base for a Parisian stay for friends and families alike. We love the elegant decor, adding a dash of sophistication to the home. Sure, at full occupancy two people will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but it’s a sacrifice worth making for this home’s location. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and boutiques, you can soak up the Parisian lifestyle with ease here. And, when you’re ready for a spot of culture, the Louvre Museum and Palais Garnier are within easy reach.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*There's no air conditioning here, but ceiling fans are provided for guests' comfort.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones.
*The en-suites are open to or in the bedroom, so privacy is limited.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and a microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. The nearest Metro Station is Grands Boulevards, a three-minute walk away.
