If you're here for work, there's an office space and a desk in the bedroom. One thing to note is if you’re a group of four, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed, but as this is in the snug, it shouldn’t compromise your socialising space.

*This home's entrance is up stairs to the first floor with no lift.

*The gas hob is currently out of use however there are 2 induction hob rings for use in the meantime.
*Since the photoshoot, the dining table and sofa in the sitting room have moved around.
*Your host has a cat. Whilst it won't be there during your stay, allergy sufferers should take note.
*This home doesn't have A/C– ask your host if you'd like to have fans for your stay.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
