Outside of your home, the Marais’ vibrant streets lined with bistros, bars and boutiques are an eight-minute walk away, Canal Saint-Martin’s waterside cafés are fifteen minutes away on foot and the Musée National Picasso-Paris is a mere three minutes on foot from your door.

*This home is on the fifth floor with no lift and once you reach the entrance there's also an additional small flight of stairs to access the apartment's main living space, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or guests bringing heavy luggage
*The living area is divided from the bedroom area by a curtain and not a door
*The kitchen is compact and doesn't have an oven or a dishwasher
*The building's entrance is shared with the other residents
*Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm
*There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of Paris' public transport instead – Saint-Sébastien-Froissart station is a three-minute walk away
