*At capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room – this will be at the expense of lounge space, however, so we think this home is better suited to two adults

*Please note that the apartment's water tank can hold up to four hot showers with a maximum duration of seven minutes – the tank only fills up overnight
