Decorated in a fresh, contemporary look, each bedroom is airy and well sized. There is air conditioning throughout and plenty of entertainment options, with TVs in both bedrooms. Perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate a group of four, it may also work for larger groups looking for more of a base than a home from home.

*It's on a first floor with no lift so some stairs are unavoidable
*There is no formal dining space, just the breakfast bar in the kitchen
*There are single sofa beds in each of the bedrooms – they are a bit basic but ideal for children
*Two guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room although it will be at the expense of lounge seating
*There is only one bathroom and toilet, so with a larger group the morning routine may get a little complicated
