In artsy Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this apartment is a comfortable base to call home. We love the exposed wooden beams – they give an otherwise contemporary pad a touch of character. Granted, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed, but we don't think they'll have to compromise on space. Location-wise, this neighbourhood speaks for itself. There's a restaurant and bar next door, plus many more in the area. You're also within easy reach of Notre Dame and Jardin du Luxembourg, while the metro is nearby if you'd rather not explore on foot.

*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Please note that next door is a brasserie, cafe, bar and restaurant – it may get a little noisy from time to time.
*The design here is a little soulless. We think it works best for quick trips.
*There isn't a desk here, but the dining table can double as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Although parking isn't provided, you won't need a car in Paris. The closest metro station is just a short walk away.
