*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Both showers are en-suite, so those on the sofa bed will need access to the bedrooms. There's a separate WC here, though.
*Renovation work is ongoing in the courtyard on the facades of the building. It's expected to last until December 2024. Scaffolding shouldn't affect the visibility and natural light in the apartment, though you may hear noise from the construction. Work takes place on weekdays between 8am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
*Parking isn't provided, but a car isn't needed in Paris. You can explore on foot or take advantage of easily accessible public transportation.
