When you’re ready to venture outside, you’ve got plenty of Paris’ best sights within easy reach. The beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg is a fifteen-minute walk away, while the famous Paris Catacombs are a twenty-five-minute stroll from your door. The Eiffel Tower is also reachable in thirty minutes on foot, and with the Falguière Metro station a three-minute walk away, you can access all corners of the city with ease.


Home truths:
*Two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. This is at the expense of a seating area, so we think this home is better suited to two adults.
*The kitchen is rather basic and lacks an oven, so it's better suited to making light meals and snacks rather than large dinners. There's also a high-top counter to dine at, rather than a table.
*Please respect the building's quiet hours between 9pm and 7am.
*There's no parking here, but we suggest skipping the car and making use of Paris' excellent public transportation instead – Falguière Metro station is a three-minute walk away.
*This a ground-floor apartment, and it faces the courtyard where the trash bins are.
*The metro runs underneath this home, so it can be a tad noisy.
