Boasting art deco details and a split-level layout, this apartment is prime for a Parisian getaway. Though the living space is a little small, the sky-high ceilings and large windows provide a sense of openness. There's a compact kitchen, plus a desk on the mezzanine that's ideal for remote working. With two en-suite bathrooms, it's convenient for groups, too – though it’s worth noting that the toilet is separate. To top it all off, the location is excellent. You'll be in the heart of the Latin Quarter, just a short walk from restaurants, shops, the Seine, and Notre Dame.

Home truths
Both en-suite bathrooms lack a toilet, which is common in France. However, there's a separate WC in the upstairs hallway.
This home is spread across two levels, with stairs between them.
We think the living area is a tad snug, but we love how bright it is.
The kitchen is compact and doesn't have a lot of prep space. We think it's better to prepare lighter fare – you'll find plenty of eateries a short walk away.
This is a great location to go car-free. Landmarks, shops, restaurants, and metro stations are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot.
