Although not in the most central of locations, this riverside neighbourhood has a welcoming, residential feel to it. There are plenty of shops where you can pick up provisions – the boulangerie opposite is especially convenient for buying baguettes for breakfast. A fifteen-minute wander will bring you to the Eiffel Tower and, for travels further afield, you can hop on the metro at the Charles Michels station, just one minute away.
