Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
On a quiet street between the modern shopping hub of Les Halles and the colourful lanes of Le Marais, this home offers the best of both worlds. Only three minutes from the Rambuteau metro, this charming studio space feels like the perfect combination of its surrounding neighbourhoods. For the contemporary city feel, you’ve got modern furniture, mirrored sliding doors, and white walls. Then quirkiness comes from bright red pops of colour, houndstooth cushions, a mezzanine bedroom, and a drop-crystal lampshade. As the entire space is illuminated by two huge French windows, it feels airy, bright, and spacious, despite its compact size. Head out to see neighbouring attractions like the Centre Pompidou. You can stroll here in just four minutes to witness the unique, inside-out architecture of this iconic building. For something slightly more antique, take a fifteen-minute wander to the Louvre. Foodies will need to visit the Marché des Enfants Rouges (in addition to all the local restaurants and bars). This is the oldest food market in Paris, just a kilometre from your door, where you can pick up fresh produce or gorge on street food.

Home truths
This home is on a second floor with no lift, so you'll need to be able to climb some stairs to access the home, as well as the mezzanine floor
As there is no air conditioning in this home, the host provides portable fans instead
If you'd like to check in after 9pm, you'll need to pay an extra fee
The host kindly asks that guests keep noise to a minimum after midnight
While the home has two single sofas that can be converted into beds, we do not recommend this compact home for four people (you'd also need to pay extra for additional guests)
The height of the ceiling on the mezzanine is pretty low, so taller guests might not be comfortable standing up here – and you'll find a similar situation in the shower

Host
This home is managed by Leonor
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Leonor’s been renting her flat out for years, but has only recently started focussing on short-term trips and holidays, rather than longer-term stays. She comes across as very warm, and as she’s based in Paris, can give you some good tips on what to do.
