Nearby, the magnificent Eden Project is definitely one to add to the activity list with its impressive giant tropical and Mediterranean biospheres, as well as the secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages of Fowey, Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey. Keen golfers will be in their element with four championship courses including Carlyon Bay, St Austell and Porthpean just a short drive away. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Charlestown with its Tall Ships, the Saints Way Pilgrim Trail, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Upstairs to the right is the master bedroom with a king size bed, feature fireplace and stunning sash windows overlooking the garden. Across the hall is the newly refurbished bathroom with shower and WC. Next door is the twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request) with feature fireplace and wonderful views of the garden. Venturing outside you will find a wonderful patio area with table and chairs and extra bench seating for those warmer evenings. The charcoal BBQ is a welcomed additional feature and allows you to dine alfresco. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn and features and an additional outside WC as well as a swinging chair and tree swing and goal to occupy the children (and some adults!).
