Monochromatic and masculine, Neo-Noir does contemporary minimalism really well. Inside, it’s a mix of sleek surfaces, modern finishes (think matte-black metal and polished black marble), and the occasional mid-century modern touch (it’s still Palm Springs). We also really enjoyed the kitchen, which has great appliances that are perfect for cooking up a storm. But our favourite thing about this home, you ask? The unobstructed mountain views that you can enjoy from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and when you’re in the backyard, of course.
