This historic home dates back to the 16th century. Previously home to aristocratic families, it’s now been renovated into two holiday apartments, perfect for families or friends travelling together. The villa is surrounded by park-like gardens filled with olive trees and flowers and features a shared swimming pool. Inside, you can look forward to vaulted ceilings and well-thought-out interior design. With a maximum occupancy of eight, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the ground-floor living room. The villa is in Maremma in southern Tuscany, close to beaches and vineyards.

    This villa comprises two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

    At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space of the ground-floor apartment.

    There’s free parking at this home.

    A neighbour may occupy the annex apartment during your stay, but you’ll only interact with him in the parking area.

    Parties are not permitted here.

    The swimming pool is only exclusive to this home in August; the rest of the year it may be shared with others.
