On the veranda, you can drink in the unforgettable Santorini sunset (a bottle of wine, optional) and watch as the stars slowly come out overhead. The postcard-worthy views are downright magical – think caldera cliffs, glistening ocean and the famous castle all yours to behold – and the town is only a short walk away when you fancy restaurants, bars or a day of sightseeing.
