*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing kids, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here for those with reduced mobility.
*The double beds are made up of two single mattresses pushed together.
*You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is minutes away.
*There is one other villa on the estate, and although you probably won't see a neighbour, it's possible.
