The popular coastal village of Bacton offers a range of local amenities including a pub, shops, cafes and a traditional fish and chip shop all within walking distance as is the sandy beach. If you want to head out to explore for the day then why not hire a boat at Wroxham (14 miles), gateway of the Norfolk Broads National Park which boasts miles upon miles of scenic waterway which can also be explored by foot or bike, where you can stop off at one of the many riverside pubs for a nice meal or a drink or two. Cromer (11 miles) and Sheringham (16 miles) offer a larger array of traditional seaside fun with piers, amusements, restaurants and independent shops. You enter this charming and cosy mid terraced property via the front door and arrive in the lobby area where you can kick off those sandy boots and head in to explore the property. Into the well equipped kitchen that has everything, the chef among you needs to prepare a hearty meal with the use of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen towards the back of the property, you have the open plan lounge/dining area which is a great place to relax and unwind on one of two comfortable sofas which surround a Smart TV/DVD player and a wood burner, perfect for chilly and dark winter nights. If you decide to eat in of an evening or just for a spot of lunch, then there is a dining table and four chairs. There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC which is located off the kitchen. Due to the age of the property, there is a steep staircase that leads up to the master bedroom which is a double room and bedroom two which is a twin room both of which have plenty of space to hang up your clothes or store away personal items. The rear, enclosed courtyard area is accessed via the lounge and is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, some evening cocktails or indulge in some al fresco style dining on the table and chairs provided.
