Visit Dartmouth with its busy harbour, castle, shops and galleries or Teignmouth, an attractive seaside town with a promenade, beach and pier. Also, nearby are Totnes, Paignton and Exeter. Amongst the many family attractions are Cockington Country Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park and the famous Dartmouth and South Devon heritage steam railways. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, both horse riding and walking across the stunning landscapes are popular. The kitchen/diner is an attractive space with everything you need in the well equipped kitchen area including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, the dining area is ideal whether you re grabbing a snack or sitting down to enjoy a special meal. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, the king size with TV and stylish en suite shower room with WC and a cosy twin room with en suite bathroom and WC. Heading outside you can relax in the charming enclosed courtyard area with seating and BBQ, whilst children can play outside in the shared play area with play house, swings and climbing frame. The rear door of this property gives easy access to the shared indoor heated swimming pool (with changing and shower facilities) which is open all year.
