Located just a six-minute walk from Tolcarne Beach, this luxe home is the perfect escape for sun worshippers and beach enthusiasts. Chill out at home on the fabulous terrace for alfresco cocktails and evening barbecues. When the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit or hop in the hot tub and soak under the stars. Inside is just as lovely, with bright living spaces and plenty of room to make yourself at home. Keen surfers can bring their boards and hit the waves – there's surfboard storage and an outdoor shower on-site. If you prefer a more relaxed holiday, simply sprawl out on the sandy beaches or enjoy a stroll along the picturesque coastal path. Newquay has pubs, restaurants, cafes and independent shops aplenty – all within walking distance – plus fun-filled activities like aquariums and adventure golf, so even on a rainy day, you'll find something to keep the whole family entertained.

*The third bedroom has a sofa bed which can sleep two guests – it can also be used as a den for the kids
*The fourth bedroom has bunk beds which are only for children – there's also a small pull-out bed that can sleep the ninth guest
*A cot and high chair can be provided – you'll need to bring your own cot linens
*Two dogs are welcome (unfortunately no cats) for a fee of £25 per pet, per stay – your host will arrange this with you after booking confirmation
*We highly recommend having a car – there's a parking bay next to the entrance
*This home is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples – strictly no parties are allowed
