The living areas in this three-storey home consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and balcony with furniture and barbecue, and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and consist of three second-floor rooms, including a king-size with en-suite and balcony, a double, and a twin, along with a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, serviced by a cloakroom and a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private driveway for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. A gorgeous coastline with towering cliffs, secret coves, and additional beaches is traversed in both directions by the South West Coast Path, a popular route for enthusiastic walkers. In addition, Truro, with its museums, church, restaurants, and cobblestone streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be accessed in a short drive.
