Godshill idyllic tourist village with its thatched cottages, pubs, cream tea and gift shops is less than 3 miles away, and Arreton Barns with its eclectic cluster of artisanal shops along with the Dairymans Daughter pub are just over a mile from the property. Enter this stylish pet friendly property into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen comes complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine, an ideal place to cook up a hearty breakfast to prepare you for the day ahead. The cosy lounge with a TV is a wonderful space to relax after a day exploring the island, cosied up in front of the wood burner enjoying your favourite TV show. At the end of the day, retreat into the bedroom with a double bed to spend a restful night. To complete the accommodation is a shower room with a shower and WC. Your furry four legged friends will love the space in the enclosed garden whilst you enjoy a spot of al fresco dining gathered around the outdoor table and chairs on the patio, with a small fire pit BBQ, unfenced pond and beautiful damson plum trees and apple trees. There is a useful shed in the garden that is the ideal place to store your bikes. There is allocated parking for 1 car. The famous island cycle path is accessible from the bottom of the track and through the livery yard, and is a wonderful way to explore the island. It passes the Pedlars Café and Pointer Inn at Newchurch heading towards Sandown or The Folly Inn at Whippingham heading towards Cowes.
