  • "Everything was absolutely fantastic as always."

Such a lovely house. The only issue we had this time was that the boiler kept failing. We were really impressed with how quickly a repair person was sent out, which was great. Unfortunately it broke again on the last evening. Too late to send someone out, we had a very cold final night.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the house lovely as always. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the boiler issues during your stay. While we are pleased that our repair team was able to respond quickly, we regret that the problem recurred and affected your final evening. Your comfort is our top priority, and we understand how important it is to have a warm and cozy environment, especially during the colder months. We will be conducting a thorough inspection of the boiler to ensure that this issue is fully resolved and does not happen again in the future. Thank you once again for your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back Property Owner
