We particularly loved the trendy bare-bones pendant lighting in the bedroom and the exposed sprinkler pipes in the sleep loft. A dedicated desk space is a welcome addition for those visiting on business but also doubles as a place to plan your daily itinerary if you’re visiting for pleasure. Your neighbourhood offers old-school community vibes with an emerging creative scene. You’ll find pizza joints, delis, coffee houses and bars all within a twenty-minute walk. Hop in a cab for less than ten minutes to watch the sunset over Manhattan’s iconic skyline at Newton Barge Park. To venture into the concrete jungle, it’s a thirty-minute trip via subway to Lower Manhattan.

*There is a sleep loft above the living area – the ceiling is very low so it would be more suited to older children
