This contemporary industrial-style apartment is in New Orleans’ Lower Garden District, 10 minutes’ walk from the Mississippi River and around 25 minutes from the French Quarter, home to the iconic music and food scene on lively Bourbon Street. The 3-bedroom apartment has an urban design – the open-plan living space juxtaposes ultra-modern kitchen units and furniture with an exposed brick wall. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and there’s a sophisticated seating area where you can relax in front of the smart TV (each of the bedrooms has one of these as well). There’s no formal dining table, but there’s space for four people to sit at the kitchen island. Besides, if you don’t fancy cooking, there are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance, where you can enjoy some of New Orleans’ world-famous Creole cuisine. Communal facilities include a fitness centre and an expansive lobby which has been stylishly decorated with statement wood panelling, dramatic dark ceilings and pendant lighting.
