It’s conveniently close to the main attractions (it’s an easy walk to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square), but far enough removed from the noise to offer a breath of relief after a stimulating day. Exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and minimalist design add to the sense of calm that this stylish, modern home provides. With two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room, it’s a great choice for groups of friends or families on a NOLA getaway. Plus, there’s a well-equipped open kitchen so you can take a break from muffuletta lunches and cook up a midday feast – and enjoy it alfresco! We love the private courtyard patio, with a garden of lively potted plants sprouting along the brick walls. After a day out on the town, come back to your serene home, fling open the patio doors, pour yourself a glass of rosé, and relax.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be on a sofa bed in the living area – which might be a tight squeeze with one bathroom
*While parking can be difficult in the area, many attractions are within walking distance and a car isn’t necessary for your stay
*The host only accepts bookings from guests who live outside of a 60-mile radius
*One dog or cat under 30 lbs is welcome to join you for a fee of $150, and two pets with a combined weight of 50 lbs are permitted for a fee of $350
