The property

Dinas Noddfa is a stunning Georgian-style holiday house in Snowdonia with the most breathtaking views!

Nestled above Dinas Lake, you’ll be able to take in views over the water and towards the stunning mountains beyond.

Inside is a real treat, too with it’s open fires, windows that make the most of the views and comfortable bedrooms. You will step into the welcoming entrance hall which has solid oak furniture and a wonderfully grand staircase. Going through into the sitting room you will find comfy sofas and chairs to seat up to six people, a large flat screen TV with Freeview, a woodburning stove fire, and stunning views through the windows! Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining room which has the added bonus of an open fire which adds extra warmth and cosiness to family suppers.

The dining table seats up to six people as standard but can in fact extend to seat eight. Head next into the kitchen and breakfast room which is bright, being open plan.

It also has a rounded window which has spectacular views across the lake to the mountains.

The bespoke kitchen has all you need including a double Belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge and six-burner electric range cooker with hob, grill, oven and a separate spit oven.

The utility room houses a fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also a flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview.

The payphone accepts incoming calls as the mobile phone signal is very poor here.

The dining table is nestled in the huge rounded window - soak up the views with breakfast and a cuppa! Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with loo, basin, heated towel rail and shower with a drencher head.

There are three lovely bedrooms upstairs, all of which have ensuites.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king sizes mahogany sleigh bed and the ensuite is a shower room with loo and wash hand basin. There is another bedroom with a double bed and the ensuite contains a hand-held shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Twin beds make up the third bedroom which has an en-suite shower room with loo and wash hand basin. The outside space consists of a walled and grassed garden with furniture at the front of the house - this is the ideal spot to sit to soak up the views and watch the sunset!

Dinas Noddfa is accessed via a private gated drive and has ample parking for three or four cars. Dinas Noddfa is a holiday house in an utterly sublime location - if you’re looking for peace, tranquility and relative isolation, this is the place for you!

Nant Gwynant, the area in which the holiday house sits, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is located within the Snowdonia National Park.

Incredible vistas, mountains and lakes are commonplace in this part of North Wales.

There are walks and footpaths aplenty - just pull on your walking boots and head straight out from the front door.

Towns and villages nearby include popular Beddgelert, with its restaurants, cafes and good old-fashioned pubs with lovely log fires!

Dinas Noddfa is a brilliant, family-friendly holiday house in the most superb location.

Fun-filled, happy holiday memories are bound to be made here.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
