Wow - what a place! This beautiful Georgian-style house has been built to the highest standard and has all the modern conveniences you could possibly need. Go up the gated drive, park your car and turn around - the view is simply stunning! Standing majestically above Dinas Lake, this holiday house has a view you will never tire of seeing.
Step into the welcoming entrance hall which has solid oak furniture and a wonderfully grand staircase.Go through into the sitting room and find comfy sofas and chairs to seat up to six people, a large flat screen TV with Freeview, a woodburning stove, and wonderful views through the windows.Next to the kitchen is a formal dining room which has an open fire which adds extra warmth and cosiness to suppers.The dining table seats up to six people as standard but can in fact extend to seat eight.The kitchen and breakfast room is bright and spacious.It has a rounded window which has spectacular views across the lake to the mountains.The bespoke kitchen is equipped with all you need including a double Belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge and six-burner electric range cooker with hob, grill, oven and a separate spit oven.The utility room houses a fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview.There is a payphone which accepts incoming calls as the mobile phone signal is very poor here.The dining table is nestled in the huge rounded window - soak up the views with breakfast and a cuppa!
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with loo, basin, heated towel rail and shower with a drencher head.There are three lovely bedrooms upstairs, all of which have ensuites.The master bedroom has a luxurious king sizes mahogany sleigh bed and the ensuite is a shower room with loo and wash hand basin.There is another bedroom with a double bed and the ensuite contains a hand-held shower, loo and wash hand basin.Twin beds make up the third bedroom which has an en-suite shower room with loo and wash hand basin.The outside space consists of a walled and grassed garden with furniture at the front of the house - this is the ideal spot to sit to soak up the views and watch the sunset! Dinas Noddfa is accessed via a private gated drive and has ample parking for three or four cars.
Nant Gwynant is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is within the Snowdonia National Park.The area is world famous for its stunning scenery, mountains and lakes.Almost every room in the house is a room with a view.There are so many walks and footpaths straight from the front door, you will be spoilt for choice! Nearby is Beddgelert, an idyllic and stunning Welsh village with so much to offer - restaurants, tea rooms and good old-fashioned pubs with crackling log fires!

The tiny hamlet of Nant Gwynant is situated in the Nant Gwynant Valley, surrounded by some of the most dramatic and beautiful scenery in the whole of the Snowdonia National Park. Overlooked by the Snowdon, Yr Aran and Moel Hebog mountains and with wonderful wooded valleys, towering rocky slopes, hidden lakes and waterfalls all providing magnificent views, this is a fantastic location for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Enjoy climbing, walking and mountain biking, with one of the main routes for ascending Snowdon, via the famous Watkin Path, starting in the valley. Nearby is Beddgelert, regarded as one of the most attractive villages in the United Kingdom and named after the famous legend of Gelert the dog. This lovely riverside village boasts quality pubs and eating houses as well as excellent outdoor pursuit centres, offering a variety of activities. Close by are wonderful beaches, castles, National Trust properties, slate caverns, mountain railways and the Portmeirion Italianate Village.
