Appearances can be deceptive, as highlighted by this charming holiday cottage whose unassuming frontage hides a roomy, contemporary styled interior. Literally situated on Mundesley s Back Street, the property is only minutes from the village s pubs, shops and cafés, plus its inviting stretch of golden sand. You could spend your whole break enjoying Mundesley s traditional seaside delights, but there s plenty to see a short drive away. A little way up the coast is Cromer, with its renowned pier and world famous crabs, while just down the coast Happisburgh s distinctive lighthouse and ancient heritage will delight local history aficionados. Inland, the market town of North Walsham offers plenty of shopping opportunities and a wealth of handsome buildings. You step through the front door into a delightful lounge/diner featuring contemporary decor and exposed wooden beams. With comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs, Smart TV and wood burner effect electric fire, there s a lovely ambience to this room that will immediately make you feel at home. Across a hallway is the kitchen, with a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, while the ground floor bathroom includes a bath, separate shower and WC. Stairs lead up to the second floor accommodation comprising two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one double and one twin. At the top of the stairs you will also find a WC and basin. The wooden flooring that runs throughout the property is complemented by warming rugs to offer an exquisite holiday environment. The patio garden is completely enclosed on all sides by stone walls, making it ideal for dog owning guests. The outdoor space includes a table and chairs, as well as a corner bench and BBQ you will love spending time out here dining out under the stars of Norfolk s fabled big skies. There is no designated parking at the property. There are short stay spaces on the opposite side of the road outside the parish council office or the shoppers car park, both of which are a few yards from the front door. Longer term parking is freely available on Munhaven Close, which is 50m away.
