Head into the Cheviot Hills, the Northumberland National Park (11.5 miles) and make the most of the Pennine Way for scenic walking and cycling routes. Within a 35 mile radius, discover historic castles, like Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh along the coastline, and Alnwick Castle and Gardens to the south, while Berwick upon Tweed has something for everyone.
