Amberley backs onto the National Trust common land of Minchinhampton Common, a unique 600 acre open space with far reaching views, which offers walking, kite flying and an 18-hole golf course. The larger towns of Nailsworth and Stroud are close by, offering a vibrant selection of restaurants, shops and award-winning farmers markets. Grange Cottage is an ideal base for outdoor activities such as walking and cycling, as well as for exploring the wider Cotswolds region and further afield places, such as Bath, Oxford and even day trips into London.
