However, if you feel like a relaxing day on-site, the building's facilities include a communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym, as well as a concierge that can help you organise tours and excursions. The apartment itself is bright, modern, and has a private balcony, although it's a studio flat purpose-built for rentals so it lacks living space and some general home comforts. The compact kitchen is also only suitable for preparing light bites, but with plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby, we think you'll be well-catered for.
