It is also located right at the start of the Hartside Pass route, which is very popular with cyclists. A short drive away is Ullswater, where you can take a boat trip or the steamer across the lake, stopping off to explore this amazing region. The eclectic market town of Penrith is also nearby, with an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants to choose from. This cottage truly is the ideal romantic getaway. The sunroom boasts comfort as well, with an additional corner sofa and dining table and chairs to enjoy those views and watch the llamas, alpacas and even an emu whilst dining! The gorgeous bedroom has a double bed with a brass frame and features an old stone fireplace that houses a wall mounted TV. The en suite bathroom oozes relaxation, with a slipper bath and WC. The garden has all you need for your getaway, including a patio area with seating and a private hot tub with stunning views; it s a dreamy spot for relaxing under starry skies (no light pollution) with a loved one.
