This property offers walkers easy access to the England Coastal Path (Allonby to Whitehaven section) and the nearby promenade, whilst golfers are catered for by the 18 hole course of the Maryport Golf Club which is located just a short drive away nestled on the coastline between the Solway Firth and the Cumbrian Fells. The unspoilt Solway Coast stretching east of Maryport has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) and is home to many species of wading birds making this area a popular destination for bird watchers. The bustling market town of Cockermouth and the Lake District National Park are both just a short drive away. The apartment is situated on the first floor up a short flight of stairs. The entrance and lobby are all via the secure entrance. As you enter the property into the hallway, you will find the spacious lounge with views over the Harbour and on a clear day across to Scotland. There is comfortable seating, a Smart TV/DVD and DAB radio. It is a nice, relaxed space to spend time after a day out exploring the local area. There is a dining area in the lounge just in front of the kitchen entrance which is a great place to enjoy breakfast and plan the day ahead. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Down the hallway, you will find the bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and WC.
