Cow Byre is a converted barn which is located close to the market town of Malton in North Yorkshire. It boasts two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both benefit from en-suite facilities, the property can sleep four people. The rest of the interior is made up of a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior you will find plenty of off-road parking, along with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Cow Byre is a well-presented cottage just perfect for groups of four looking to discover all that this astounding area can offer. Note: Bookings from 1st January 2021 are Friday to Friday changeover bookings only.

Area
Malton is a market town with interesting buildings, a weekly market and a wide range of amenities. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it ideal for walkers and cyclists. A trip further afield can take you to the coast with Scarborough to the east and York to the south west.
Region
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Note: Background heat is provided by an eco-Air Sourded Heat Pump, for extra heat in cold or inclement weather clients should be prepared to use the excellent and very efficient wood-burning stove.
