This bright and welcoming apartment is a comfortable and quiet oasis in the heart of Lavapiés, one of Madrid’s best-loved neighbourhoods. From this convenient base, you’re within easy reach of designer shops, bars, markets and theatres, in addition to some of the city’s most popular tourist spots – Plaza Mayor is only a fifteen-minute walk. Lavapiés metro station is also a short walk away. Ideal for those working during their stay, there are two desks at this home.

*You can park your car at this home, though as parking in Madrid can be tricky we recommend sticking to the city’s easily accessible public transport. *Given this home’s central location, there’s a chance you may hear some street noise here. *Bedroom two has two Murphy beds. These can be put away to use the space as an office when preferred – there’s also a desk in the living room. *While one of the bathrooms hasn’t been photographed, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
