There's no wasted space in this home, as the coherent chic design has a strong presence in every room. Even though this is a full-time rental property, it doesn't feel boring – the colour-coordinated artwork on the walls makes Labradorite especially easy on the eyes.

* Our home critic had some trouble figuring out the lock when they visited – ask your host for detailed instructions
* The WiFi is quite patchy in the master bedroom
* There is no to this third-floor elevator and there are also steps in the home itself – those with limited mobility or heavy suitcases take note
* The kitchen only gets natural light from the living room
