Beyond the impressive, shared lawns, you ll find plenty of rural tranquillity and walks from the doorstep. If it s sandy shores that you are looking for then you can head 16 miles to the seaside town of Tywyn. The sandy stretch of beach is an ideal place for a walk and a picnic as well as a great location to try some water sports. Otherwise, why not hop aboard the Talyllyn Railway that offers a scenic ride through the countryside of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park or, of course, you can explore the beauty of this national park on foot or by bike. Aberdyfi is also 16 miles distant and offers an excellent golf course as well as being an excellent place to try your hand at fishing both from shore and by boat. Walk into the spacious 1930s property to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner flooded with natural light. The country house has been developed into individual holiday homes with an empathy to the building and all your creature comforts. The sociable kitchen is well equipped with all you need to rustle up a meal whilst enjoying views over the garden from the window. When ready the table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather round and enjoy the meal whilst planning your holiday activities. Open the French doors on to the garden and let the outside in listening to birdsong. After a full day out relax on the comfortable sofas and chairs, watch a film on the Smart TV or light the wood burner for cosy nights in. When ready for bed, there are three lovely bedrooms upstairs to choose from, the double with en suite bathroom, the lovely twin or the single bedroom. All the bedrooms have lovely views to wake up to. Completing the property, there is a separate shower room on the ground floor. Walk out to the garden with table and chairs, the perfect spot for alfresco dining with a charcoal BBQ to hand, overlooking the lawn and Dyfi Valley views. There are 5 acres of grounds to explore with wildlife pond, woodland, expansive lawn with opportunities to play pickle ball, badminton and football.
