The living areas in this single-storey property consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests and a Smart TV. There are three king-size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private outdoor area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars and an EV charging point. Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 1.5 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ware Barn Cottage is a superb holiday home for a family escape to Dorser. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: Children must be supervised at all times around the large pond.

The picturesque coastal path provides fantastic walking options and breathtaking views of the breathtaking Jurassic coast, while Lyme Bay's gently shelving dunes and clear seas make it the ideal place to unwind and rest. Please note, to maintain the high standard of your holiday experience, Ware Barn Cottage sleeps a strict maximum of 6 guests, plus one infant under two in guests own cot.
