Located in a picturesque valley close to the Devon/Dorset border, this delightful property is the perfect base for touring the region. The Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, has beautiful beaches and fossil rich cliffs. River Cottage HQ is 2 miles north and there are many other attractions including Beer Caves, Killerton, Seaton Tramway, Bicton Park all within 30 miles. Attached to the owners home, yet with privacy assured, a shared path leads to the main entrance into this single storey property. Once inside you are met with a spacious open plan lounge/diner, with a TV for those cosy evenings in.
