Description
Leopard's Spots: Luton
addremove
Sitting within easy reach of both countryside and London, plus with an international airport to boot as well, there are plenty of reasons that bring people to Luton. If you're ever in need of base when in town, this simple apartment is well worth your time.
For a studio, it's generously sized, particularly the sleek-surfaced corner kitchen that has enough room for knocking up hearty dinners – although we should point out the absence of a table on which to eat them. The design is contemporary but simply done, with an abundance of muted colours and clean lines, plus a couple of pieces of artwork adorning the walls.
The apartment lies quite close to the town centre and you'll find a wealth of shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk. A little further afield, Stockwood Park and its pair of museums can be reached in around ten minutes' drive, as can the Galley & Warden Hills Nature Reserve in the opposite direction.
Home truths:
*The single-level apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs, so it might not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility
*There's no private parking available, but there are lots of paid parks nearby starting from as close as three minutes' walk away
