Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This traditional Tuscan home boasts a beautiful setting in the hills of Lucca. The historic city centre is just 6 kilometres away, but you’ll feel far removed from the hustle and bustle in this hilltop haven. The owner – who lives in the annex – is an art dealer who’s put his stamp on this home, with murals and artwork dotted throughout. This is a lived-in, rustic home, so it won’t suit those seeking a sleek, new-build look. We love the outside space, with its olive trees and swimming pool.

About Lucca

Lucca is one of Italy’s best-kept secrets. Surrounded by fortified walls, its core is a warren of pretty piazzas, traditional Tuscan trattorias, and beautifully preserved churches. Most of the action happens in Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, a vast central square lined with alfresco restaurants and Renaissance-era architecture. There’s a buzzy nightlife scene centred around cool enotecas and craft beer bars. On Via Fillungo, you’ll find some of Lucca’s finest boutiques, with high-end...
