Little Breoke is a lodge resting within the grounds of the owner’s property in Lostwithiel. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one double bedroom with a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC, sleeping up to two people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside, there is a patio area with furniture and a separate sauna. Little Breoke is an outstanding base for a couple’s holiday to Cornwall.

Area
Lostwithiel is a country town situated on the Fowey river valley, just 5.5 miles away from Bodmin. The town is known for its antiques trade, with a number of shops and dealers to explore, as well as a collection of country pubs, restaurants and a thriving farmer’s market. Attractions within the surrounding area include Lanhydrock House (NT) and garden, the Eden Project, shipwreck museum and tall ships harbour at Charlestown.
