And with its prime location based in the heart of Los Angeles' Fashion District, you'll reap the benefits of living in such a vibrant and up and coming area – as an array of shops, restaurants and cafes are within a ten-minute stroll of your door. If you’re keen to do a little sightseeing, however, Hollywood and its iconic attractions are only a fifteen-minute drive away.
