Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Perched on a vertiginous hillside in the Los Angeles suburbs, this modern home is impeccably designed to maximise the potential of its envious vantage point. The interiors are fresh and modern, with comfortable furnishings to ensure you can fully relax after a busy day exploring. But it’s the outdoor spaces that really caught our eye. Note the unobstructed views of L.A. from the balconies and communal patios – maybe you’ll soak it all up from the hot tub, perhaps it’ll be from the hammock or why not head up to your private rooftop terrace, where you’ll find a seating area, fire pit and barbecue. For those who like to keep active on holiday, you have access to the fitness studio complete with Peloton, plus two hiking stairways in your neighbourhood. When it’s time to explore, hop in the car and take the fifteen-minute drive into the city. Stop off en-route at the Dodger Stadium or make a beeline for Chinatown and tuck into dumplings at old-school dim sum houses.
