Julianna is an artist, whose beautiful paintings you can spot in the home, and her partner is a carpenter. The open-plan kitchen and living room, which opens onto a private garden, is a stylish, inspiring and sociable area to spend time in. The location is also ideal if you are looking for an easy-going, residential spot that still has good transport links into the city.

* The home is set over four floors, so it wouldn't be suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs
* The top floor en-suite bathroom has a bath with a handheld attachment, rather than a wall-mounted shower
* The wardrobe in the master bedroom is on the small side, so hanging space is limited, but there is a chest of drawers for additional storage
* There isn't any cable service on the TV, however guests can connect their laptop for streaming
